INSTRUCTIONS AND RULES

The recommended arrival time is 10 minutes before the scheduled departure to ensure prompt embark without delays. Upon reaching the meeting point (Doca de Santo Amaro), kindly wait for a duly identified crew member who will guide you to the boat. If possible, we advise using restroom facilities before the tour as there are no toilets available on board.

Don’t forget the essentials on a boat trip:
– Jacket (it can get a little chilly despite the forecasts);
– Sunscreen;
– Sunglasses;
– Towel (in case you go for a swim).

The following items are not permitted on board:
– Glass bottles;
– Food and drinks that have not been approved by our team;
– Red wine and other colored drinks;
– Footwear that could potentially damage the boat, including high heels;
– Illegal substances or drugs;
– Any unauthorized pets.

If you wish to bring your own food and drinks, please inform us during the booking of your tour or get in touch with us directly.
Please note that a corkage fee of 30 euros will be applicable for this service.

We kindly remind you that we cannot take responsibility for any lost items during your tour. Please exercise caution with hats, caps, towels, or clothing pieces, as they may be susceptible to flying away easily.

SAFETY ON BOARD

As safety on board is our top priority, it is crucial to follow the crew’s instructions at all times. The boat is equipped with lifejackets, buoys, and essential emergency items. It is prohibited to jump to the water while it is not anchored at a designated area for that purpose, and always seek permission from the crew before doing so. For the safety of everyone, children under 10 years old, as well as individuals who are non-swimmers or feel uncomfortable on board or at sea, must wear lifejackets.

By adhering to these safety measures, we can ensure a secure and enjoyable experience for everyone on board.
