IS THERE A GUIDE DURING THE TOUR?

No, our crew members are knowledgeable about the city’s monuments and will happily provide general information and answer your questions. However, we do not have a certified guide on board.

IS THE BOAT SHARED WITH OTHER GROUPS?

No, at Allstar, we offer exclusively private tours. The boat will be reserved solely for your group.

HOW SHOULD I DRESS?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes. Please refrain from wearing high heels or any footwear that may damage the boat. Don’t forget to bring a jacket, as it can get a bit cold despite the weather forecasts.

WHERE IS THE MEETING POINT LOCATED?

The meeting point is at Doca de Santo Amaro in Alcântara, Gate 1 – under the bridge, next to the paddle courts. Upon arrival, please wait for one of our crew members, who will be clearly identified, to escort you to the boat.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINKS?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks, but there are certain guidelines to follow. Please refer to the “Instructions and Safety on Board” for more details.

IS THERE A TOILET ON BOARD?

No. There is no toilet available on the boat.

AM I ALLOWED TO DIVE/SWIM DURING THE TOUR?

Yes, you can dive or swim, but only under the supervision of a crew member and in designated areas when the boat is anchored. However, please note that diving or swimming in the river is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
