CANCELLATION POLICY
If the tour is cancelled by the customer with 5 days’ notice, the total amount of the reservation will be refunded.
If the tour is cancelled by the customer with at least 48 hours’ notice, up to 50% of the total value of the reservation will be refunded, depending on the service.
If the tour is cancelled by the customer with less than 48 hours’ notice no refund will be given.
Tour rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour.
If the tour is cancelled by the crew due to adverse weather conditions, the customer will be offered a rescheduling option based on the availability of both parties. If rescheduling is not possible, the total amount of the reservation will be refunded to the customer.
If the tour is cancelled by the crew due to technical failure, ALLSTAR BOAT TOURS will provide a new proposal with a replacement vessel under the same conditions. If the customer does not accept this replacement, a full refund of the reservation amount will be issued.
All refunds to the customer will be processed within 15 business days from the date of the tour.
